Auto Land Polska S.A., a company specialising in supplying and wholesale spare parts for cars and delivery trucks, has signed a lease agreement for over 660 sq m of warehouse and office space in Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław. The transaction has completed the commercialisation of the first of two halls of phase I at the distribution centre Ideal Idea City Park Wrocław located at the international airport of Wroclaw. AXI IMMO was responsible for comprehensive advisory services and tenant representation in the negotiation process.

Auto Land Polska S.A. is one of the leading automotive parts distributors in Poland, with over a hundred branches and outlets across the country. The company’s offer includes nearly 220,000 items from recognised global manufacturers and well-known Polish factories, including car parts, workshop equipment, automotive chemicals, oils and tyres, work clothing and health and safety articles. For 30 years, Auto Land has been providing professional services in goods distribution and logistics. The company has its fleet, which delivers goods in a system of day and night routes.

Auto Land new distribution centre in Lower Silesia region

By placing Auto Land Polska S.A. in the tenants’ portfolio, we have closed the commercialisation process of the first stage of the first phase of the Ideal Idea investment in Wrocław.
