ACTION company, distributor of IT solutions and appliances, and hardware manufacturers in Poland has signed a lease agreement with SEGRO for more than 8 100 sq m of warehouse space at Segro Logistics Park Warsaw Nadarzyn.
Segro Logistics Park Warsaw Nadarzyn is located in the area of 32 hectares, located near Warsaw in Nadarzyn. The park offers up to 140000 sq m of warehouse and manufacturing space. Minimum rental units begin with a 3 000 sq m and can be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of individual tenants. In addition, in Nadarzyn will soon emerge small boxes, offering warehouse and production space starting from 500 sq m . This project will comprise four buildings with sizes ranging from 5 000 to 7 000 sq m.
