Medical logistics provider Phar has leased 5,000 sqm in the Good Point Puławska logistics park.
Medical logistics provider Phar has leased 5,000 sqm in the Good Point Puławska logistics park, which is owned by PBWII Fund, a real estate investment fund managed by AEW Europe. Panattoni is responsible for the commercialisation of the Warsaw facility, which offers 3,500 sqm of office and warehouse space in a single building.
