AXI IMMO has advised in the selection of warehouse and office space for Green Factory Logistics and Uponor in Europolis Park Błonie.

AXI IMMO an expert in the commercial real estate has advised in the selection of warehouse and office space for two companies: Green Factory Logistics and Uponor in Warsaw area. Both companies have leased commercial space in Europolis Park Błonie. Green Factory Logistics has taken 2475 sqm of cold storage space and 250 sqm of office. Uponor has leased almost 3400 sqm of warehouse and office space.
Green Factory Logistics is part of the Green Factory group – a producer and distributor of vegetables and fruits – and provides a full logistics service for products that require storage and transport at temperatures between 2 and 6 degrees. The company serves customers at home and abroad, in particular in the European Union.
Uponor is a leading supplier of plumbing and indoor climate systems for the residential and commercial building markets across Europe and North America. Uponor’s key applications include heating and cooling solutions.
Europolis Park Błonie near Warsaw
Europolis Park Błonie is one of the largest logistics complexes in the Warsaw area. The warehouse park offers storage space for rent for logistics, distribution and light manufacturing. The park is located in Błonie, about 25 miles west of Warsaw by the expressway route E-30, which makes it possible to carry out flexible distribution to the Warsaw market and nationwide. The centre is dedicated to customers interested in renting large and medium-sized warehouse space. The total area of the park is 176 000 sqm of modern warehouse space, and will ultimately have 317 000 sqm.
Warehouses for rent near Warsaw
“Warsaw region is the largest market in Poland. The total warehouse space in this area is almost 2 million sqm, which represents nearly 30% of the total supply in the country. Particularly warehouse parks located west and south from Warsaw have gained, thanks to the improvement in road infrastructure.
