Seifert Polska in Upper Silesia has rented 7,500 sq m. warehouse space in the Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III project. The AXI IMMO agency represented the tenant in negotiations of the lease agreement.

Seifert Polska is part of the Seifert Logistics Group, a German logistics and transport group. It has been operating on the Polish market for nearly 20 years. The company has 44 branches throughout Europe, including a new branch in Bielsko-Biała. Seifert Polska offers contract logistics services, domestic and international transport, serving clients from industries such as automotive, ADR, paper, pharmaceutical or construction.

Seifert Polska is active in Upper Silesia, which is a strategic location for the company. The company has branches, i.a in Mysłowice, Czeladź, Katowice or Tychy. Due to the dynamic development and the need for expansion, the company decided to move to a new facility and expand the operating area.
“The customer decided to lease a new space in Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała III due to the excellent location of the object, which belongs to one of the best communicated in this region. The proximity of the S1 express road, which is the main communication route in Silesia, guarantees the tenant efficient logistics not only within the agglomeration but also the rest of the country and the CEE region. Very good visibility of the park from the route is another advantage of the object, which influenced the client’s decision.” – comments Anna Głowacz, Industrial Director at AXI IMMO.
Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III
Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III is next investment in Upper Silesia of Panattoni Europe developer. The target area of the park will be 68,500 sq m. of modern warehouse space. The park is located directly on the S1 expressway, in the southern part of the Silesian Voivodship. The convenient location of the facility near the Silesian agglomeration, Cracow, but also the southern border creates many possibilities for organizing an effective supply chain in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
