Panattoni Park Białystok III

Panattoni Park Białystok II is a modern class A warehouse offering a high standard of storage. The building has access to natural light in the warehouse part thanks to smoke vents and roof skylights. The warehouse is heated with gas radiators in the storage area. The internal temperature of the warehouse is maintained at 15 °C, regardless of external conditions that may be -20 °C. In the office part of the building, central heating is used from a gas boiler room or individual electric heaters. The building has a high fire load of up to 4000 MJ/m². The unloading docks are equipped with protective collars and hydraulic lifts with electric gates. Access to the warehouse is also provided by entry gates on the zero level, enabling easy access by forklifts from the square in front of the building to the warehouse area. The floor of the warehouse is non-slip and dust-free. The location of the facility is very attractive as a central distribution and storage point. It is an ideal operating location both on the eastern border of Poland and in other regions of the country. It is a perfect storage place in the east of Poland.
